During the program, you will take a closer look at your health and underlying health issues and select the food choices that work best for your lifestyle and dietary preferences.

during this program we will learn the correct way to eat; Not just what but how and how to change our underlying attitude towards our food that is the cause of most of chronic ailments.

The program will also work with you to develop some passions and hobbies that will keep you engaged and will make you less dependable on food to seek comfort and happiness.
